There are terraces on different levels where you can enjoy sunny and shaded areas. As the house is on a hill. it enjoys superb views of the sea and/or the mountains. Guests can enjoy the development s facilities. The tennis courts require a fee. There is a small supermarket and a restaurant with a bar. You can enjoy a variety of water sports in the surrounding area. The countryside is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Alicante Airport is 95 kilometres away and Valencia Airport is 105 kilometres.
