This is a four room house on 2 levels with a living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, video, CD-player, stereo unit and DVD and an exit to the terrace. There is a double bedroom with bath and toilet, an open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) and a separate toilet. On the lower ground floor there is a double bedroom, an exit to the swimming pool, 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 french bed and a shower and toilet. There is a terrace including furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs and a view of the sea, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (2 cars).
