You can enjoy al fresco meals at this 4-bedroom villa, listening to the cicadas as you look out onto the pool and lush garden from the colonnaded terrace. The villa is set in a quiet area of the Costa Blanca.

The villa has cooling tiled floors, with whitewashed walls and wooden ceiling beams combining to give a Mediterranean-style airiness to the house.

There are 3 double bedrooms and a room with 4 bunk beds for the kids. The open-plan lounge area has sofas grouped around a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. There’s also a ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot summer days. You can keep up to date with the outside world with the free WiFi.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and microwave, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also a barbecue so you can prepare your own meals on the terrace.

At Holiday Villa Cogoll you’ll be able to play for free at a nearby tennis court. There are numerous golf courses in the surrounding area, and the nearest beach is just 3 minutes’ drive away.

Check-in hours are between 17:00 and 20:00. Check-in outside these times, or on Sundays or public holidays, carries a surcharge of EUR 50.

Please note that after booking the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details.

Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 700 must be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival and will be refunded upon check out.

Please note that 80% of the total amount of your stay must be paid upon booking and the remaining 20% must be paid in cash on arrival.

All extra charges must be paid 60 days in advance. The property will contact you with details after booking. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Centro Comercial Moravit, 306 Carretera Calpe-Moraira, 03724 Moraira. Please inform Holiday Villa Cogoll in advance of your expected arrival time.
