This penthouse is located only 5 minutes drive from the centre and beach of Moraira and the Costa Blanca. The holiday residence is cosy and homey and is located on the Villotel development. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the mountains. You can enjoy the sun or find a shady spot under the sunbrella. You can also take a dip in the communal swimming pool with a separate kids section. which is walking distance for the holiday home. Guests can make use of the kids play area. ping pong. billiards and the volleyball and basketball courts. For a fee you can also use the mini golf course and the tennis court. If you dont feel like cooking. you can enjoy the Spanish specialities in one of the area restaurants in the area. There is a restaurant. bar and supermarket on the development. Moraira is located 30 km north of the lively resort of Benidorm. and is a fishing village with beautiful sandy beaches alternating with bays. In the marina of Moraira there are various (water) sports facilities. Surrounded by various golf courses. this penthouse is a good basis for golf lovers. About 1 hour s drive away you will find the cities of Valencia and Alicante which is certainly worth a visit.
