This is a three bedrooms apartment 70 m2 on 1st floor, large, family friendly, modern apartment block "Cabo Mar", 5 storeys. In the resort 500 m from the centre of El Campello, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. In the living/dining room there is a satellite-TV and electric heater. In the kitchen you will find a oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. There is a terrace with terrace furniture and a very nice panoramic view of the sea and the garden. As facilities there is a washing machine and a reserved parking space , there is also a sauna in the complex (extra) and a fitness center. For shared use with the resort there is grounds (fenced), nice garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool fenced (01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps.
