Charming villa close to the Playa de las Rotas in Denia. built on the site of a former vineyard. where you will be able to enjoy a moment of respite and admire the beauty of the old farm estate. The villa is just a stones throw from the sea. 125 m. and is situated at the so-called Punta Negra in the Montgó Natural Park and within the Cabo San Antonio marine reserve. The house is surrounded by lush vegetation. with the sea to the front and the mountains to the rear. This is the ideal backwater in which to enjoy a peaceful stay that will delight the senses. Furthermore. although the villa is located in a quiet spot. it benefits from great transport links and is close to supermarkets. restaurants and the town centre. For sports fans. the house has 5 bikes available for guest use on which to enjoy a pleasant ride to the centre of Denia. There are also 3 canoes in which to take to the Mediterranean waters. Dont miss out on the opportunity to view the myriad of colourful fish species in the Cabo San Antonio marine reserve. A walk or bike ride along the breathtaking coastal route lasting 4 km is also a must. Here you will have the opportunity to taste specialities from some of the 5 internationally renowned restaurants.
