This very nice, comfortable house "Juan". 3 km from the centre of Dénia is situated in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, The four-room house is spacious and very comfortable and has tasteful furnishings. The large living/dining room has a satellite-TV, DVD, air-conditioning and warm air heating and direct exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. There are three bedrooms with capacity for sic persons, one has a large french bed with a private bathroom and a fan. The open kitchen is equipped in an oven, micro wave, freezer. The terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4) are to your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the mountains. The house has reserved parking and access to the wireless internet. Private: large, well-kept garden 900 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 220 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, terrace, garden furniture, parking in the grounds. The closest supermarket is 2 km away from the property, restaurant is 2 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km, sandy beach 4 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km.
