Residencial Marenia III is a one-bedroom apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor of the 3-storey apartment block "Residencial Marenia" 3 km from the centre of Els Poblets, 10 km from the centre of Dénia, 20 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. It accommodates up to three people. The living/dining room is with 1 sofa bed and TV (flat screen TV) and exit to the terrace and to the swimming pool. One double bedroom. An open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and freezer; a shower/toilet, bidet, air-conditioning and warm air heating. There is a partly covered terrace with terrace furniture and deck chairs. You can have a nice view of the sea.A washing machine and reserved parking space are available. For shared use: garden with lawn and plants, angular swimming pool with salt water and built-in steps, outside shower, lift and covered parking. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 600 m, café 400 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 20 m, shingle beach 50 m. Sports harbour 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km.
