Residencial Mar De Denia* is a two-bedroom apartment 70 m2 on 2nd floor of the 4-storey apartment block "Residencial Mar de Denia II" in the district of Playa de les Deveses 3 km from the centre of Els Poblets, 10 km from the centre of Dénia, 20 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. It accommodates up to four people. The living/dining room is with TV (flat screen TV) and an exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), bath/bidet/WC and hand-basin and 1 room with 1 pull-out bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob and micro wave; a shower/toilet. The terrace is with terrace furniture. You can enjoy a nice view of the sea, the swimming pool and the garden. A washing machine, air-conditioning, warm air heating and reserved parking are available. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool with built-in steps, outside shower, children's playground (slide), lift and covered parking.
