Interior features include: living/dining room with satellite-TV, air-conditioning and warm air heating; exit to the terrace; 1 room with 2 beds, 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm); bath/bidet/toilet, double hand-basin, air-conditioning and warm air heating; exit to the terrace; 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm); shower/toilet; large, open kitchen (dishwasher, micro wave, freezer); exit to the terrace; shower/toilet. On the lower ground floor: (open staircase), 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 beds; and bath/toilet. There is a terrace with furniture, barbecue (portable) and deck chairs (4). You can have a nice view of the sea and the countryside. A washing machine and parking in the grounds, individual garage are available. Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 4 km.
