This six bedrooms house is about 300 m2, spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2008 and built in 1900, comfortable and rustic furnished. It is surrounded by trees and fields. On the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Xixona, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 26 km from the sea, 26 km from the beach, in the countryside. In the open kitchen there are 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. There is a TV and wood burning stove, also a washing machine that the guests can use. There is a terrace with furniture and a covered balcony with a very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the forest. There is a private natural state grounds 10 ha, natural garden, swimming pool angular (01.06.-30.09.), a barbecue and store for bicycles. Parking (for 4 cars) by the house. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, sandy beach "San Juan- Alicante" 26 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Alicante 30 km. The car is essential to reach the house.
