Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 50 per week.

Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 500, to be charged in the case of damages. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot, 41, 03530 La Nucía (Alicante). Please inform Alegria La Nucia in advance of your expected arrival time.
