This detached villa with private swimming pool is located in the village of La Nucia. The villa is nicely furnished and has a lovely fireplace in the living room. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the bay and the sea. The Real de Faula golf course. with 36 holes. is only 10 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest beach is located 4km from the villa.La Nucia is located only 7 km from the bustling resort of Benidorm and the old fishing village of Altea. Because La Nucia is a bit inland from the coast. you can also enjoy the quiet surroundings and many activities that the region has to offer during your stay. Take the family for a visit to the Terra Mitica leisure park or to the Terra Natura animal park. which are both less than 15 km from La Nucia. Would you rather enjoy a typical Spanish meal or walk hand in hand along the boulevard. Dont miss a visit to Altea and its old historic centre. Altea is characterized by lovely squares with whitewashed cottages. It is located up on a hill and has various restaurants. bars and shops. From the old town centre hill you have a wonderful viewpoint with a fantastic view of the sea.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages and must be paid by credit card.
Please also note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate from October - April and the cost is 8 EUR per night (May - September is included).
Miscellaneous optional charges: cot 4 EUR per night, high chair 4 EUR per night, extra cleaning 15 EUR per hour.
Pets are allowed (max 1) for an additional cost of 50 EUR per night and will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
