This detached villa with private pool is located in Benissa-Coast at ca. 2km from the beach. The villa has panoramic views on the sea and the area. Because of the position against a hill you have view on 20 km coastline. from Moraira up to Calpe. The villa is fully located on the 1st floor and also has a guest accommodation in Arabic Style (accessible via a downward staircase). The villa and the guest accommodation are fitted with all comforts. The villa is south facing and sunny all day. There are various (roofed) terraces with shade or sun and privacy as you wish. The terrace near the pool has an outdoor bar. a kitchen with BBQ and a lounge corner. The large garden (1800m2) offers lots of privacy and you can enjoy a relaxed holiday here. You have a great sea and views on the “Ifach” rock (332m) from all the rooms. Less than 2.5 km away there is a pleasant boulevard with various restaurants and night clubs. Inland you can enjoy the Jalon valley. This villa is ideal for several families.
