Guests can enjoy the covered terrace 30 m2 with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs. A reserved covered parking is also provided. For private use there is a garden 920 m2, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and outside shower. Supermarket is in 1.6 km, restaurant 400 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 12 km pebble beach "Granadella" 5 km. Tennis 1.6 km. Please note that the house is situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary.
