This house "Castillo Magarita" has two levels and it's surrounded by trees, 6.3 km from the centre of Calpe, 8.2 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea with direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. The five-room house has a practical and furnishings. The living/dining room has a Swedish stove and satellite-TV. One bedroom has 1 french bed and air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped in an oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer. On the upper floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, each room with air-conditioning and exit to the terrace. One small bedroom with 1 double sofa bed and air-conditioning. A bathroom is equipped in a bath/shower/WC, Hammam-Shower. The house has two large terraces with terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and ovely panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. For shared use: grounds of 6'400 m2 (fenced), park, garden. A tennis (1 x hard court), table tennis. Private: garden, swimming pool angular, secured (10 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. A supermarket is 1 km. away of the property, restaurant and bar 300 m. away, sandy beach "La Fustera" 1.5 km, bathing bay is 20 m.from the property.
