La Fustera: two-family house "Casa Mollá" is situated approximately 6 km from the centre of the village Calpe, in a quiet position, 600 m from the sea, from the house you will have direct view on the sea. This five-room house 120 m2 on the two levels has: living/dining room with satellite-TV and exit to the terrace. Two bedrooms have 1-persons bed, another one has french bed for one person and the last one has two single beds. Kitchen is good equipped in the oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer. There are two bathrooms which have the toilet and bath or shower and one of them has a bidet. House has a parking place for three cars. The house is on the plot of 1'000 m2 (fenced) where you can refresh in the swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps, there is also outside shower, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Supermarket is 400 meters of the property, restaurant 300 meters, sandy beach 600 meters away. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The ground floor is locked and unoccupied.
