Detached modern villa with large veranda and private swimming pool. situated in a villa area within 1km from Calpe and from a sand beach. This villa is located on its own property of 1000m2. The Villa has a large terrace with BBQ and parking. The distance to Alicante (62km) and Valencia (110km). Supermarket. doctor. pharmacy. bank and post office within 2km.Calpe is famous for its boulevard with bay and the enormous Ifach rock (332m2). Here is a nature park with a unique vegetation and more than 300 different animals. It is a protected colony for sea birds. which uses it as nesting area. You can reach the park via a zigzag road. and enjoy the panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast. You can naturally relax as well. and try out the Spanish tapas under the enjoyment of a glass of sangria along the boulevard!
