La Merced is terraced house 2.7 km from the centre of Calpe and 600 m from the sea. You will have for shared usage: swimming pool (18 x 10 m, depth 150 - 210 cm, 01.05.-30.09.), Outside shower, terrace and for private usage: outside shower. Supermarket is 300 meters away, restaurant and bar 30 meters, sandy beach 600 meters. Three-room terraced house 60 m2 is well furnished: living/dining room 17 m2 with double sofa bed, digital TV, international TV channels and air-conditioning. One bedroom has a french bed, digital TV, electric heater and fan. Second bedroom is equipped with two beds, digital TV, electric heater and fan. Open kitchen has oven, microwave, freezer. The bathroom is with the showet and the toilet. You will have to your disposal two terraces with it's furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. Calpe is well-known, historical village in the eastern part of the region directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 115 km south-east from Valencia, 60 km north-east from Alicante. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mudomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). A car is recommended. Due to its mild climate, Calpe is ideal also for Winter holidays.
