This 4-room villa has furnishings, a private swimming pool and barbecue facilities. You will find a nice view of the sea and the countryside in this comfortable villa, located 600 m from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.4 km from the sea. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/WC, air-conditioning and fan, 1 room with 2 beds, air-conditioning and fan and a children's room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds, air-conditioning and fan. Note that the bedrooms have and mosquito nets. The 30 square meter living/dining room has a satellite-TV (Spanish and international TV channels), CD-player, DVD and fan. The open kitchen is equipped with san oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. In the house there is also a washing machine, Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]) and deck chairs. In the resort there is a shopping centre, supermarket, shops, grocers, butchers, bakers, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor pool, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. In the nearby area you will also find activities such as diving, sailing and surfing, a golf club 12 km. The symbol of the area, the "Penon de Ifach" is behind the fishing harbour. There is a market on Saturdays and flea market on Wednesdays. Its famous saints fiestas at the beginning of August and its "Moros y Cristianos" fiesta at the end of October.
