Holiday house Tosalans I is situated in Jávea Xàbia, in the district of Adsubio. Located on a slope, 4 km from the sea and sandy beach Arenal. The four-bedroom house can accommodate up to eight persons and offers a washing machine, roof terrace and central heating. There is a swedish stove, satellite-TV and gas heater in the living/dining room, which has exit to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and freezer. On the ground floor there is one room with a french bed and one room with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath and toilet. Upper floor: one double bedroom with bath/shower and one room with sloping ceilings with two single beds. The terrace is covered and has a barbecue and deck chairs. Private: outdoor swimming pool with built-in steps and a garden with lawn and plants. Enjoy panoramic view of the sea and the resort. Within 3.3 km you can find shops, restaurants and bars.
