An individual garage is provided. For private use there is a garden on different levels, 806 m2 (fenced) with plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Supermarket is in 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km, shingle beach "La Barraca" 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 9 km, tennis 1.5 km.
