Offering spectacular views to the sea, this 3-bedroom villa is set in gardens with a gated outdoor pool and barbecue area. The villa has free parking for 3-4 cars, and free WiFi is available. The bright living room features a picture window, framing a view of the Montgo mountain. There is also a 37-inch satellite TV, video and DVD player. Patio doors lead onto the large conservatory, with its dining area overlooking the pool terrace and sea. A hallway off the living room leads to a family bathroom and the twin bedroom, whose window opens onto the conservatory. Next door is a double bedroom with 2 double-arched windows. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. From the hallway a flight of steps leads to the 1st floor master double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors onto the room’s private terrace, with table and chairs and fantastic views. There is a further large roof terrace furnished with patio furniture. You enter the ground floor via a ramp, so the villa is suitable for wheelchair users as the accommodation is flat, apart from the upstairs 3rd bedroom.

A 20% deposit (of the total, including damage/usage deposits) is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period.
