This bright two bedroom apartment can be found on a slope on the outskirts of La Cala De Finestrat, 500m from the centre. The 70m² accommodation is located on the fourth floor. The living/dining room has a TV and electric heating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic glass hob, microwave and coffee machine. There is a large terrace with furniture. It has a view over the sea. Also, there is a shared garden and a swimming pool. The sea is 50m from the house. Shops, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant and bar are all at 500 m distance, as well as a bus stop. Other activities/attractions include: Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 500 m, Terra Mitica 6 km, Terra Natura 6 km, Aqualandia 10 km, Mundomar 10 km, Benidorm Palace 10 km, Alicante 40 km.
