Detached luxury villa with panoramic swimming pool with a view of Altea only 20 minutes from the beach. This modern villa has a lovely view of the characteristic town of Altea.Altea is characterized by lovely squares with whitewashed cottages. It is located up on a hill and has various restaurants. bars and shops. From the old town centre hill you have a wonderful viewpoint with a fantastic view of the sea. Take the family for a visit to the Terra Mitica leisure park or to the Terra Natura animal park. which are both less than 15 km from La Nucia. Visit the mountain village of Guadalest with the picturesque castle or the water falls of Les Fonts de l Algar. If you d rather enjoy Spanish paella or fish. visit one of the many restaurants on the boulevard van Altea. The villa also has a gas fireplace and air conditioning with a heat setting. so the villa is perfect for a winter holiday or snowbirds.
