Montemolar Altea’s green gardens feature an outdoor pool and a charming, furnished terrace with barbecue. Set just 500 metres from La Olla Beach, it offers lovely sea views. The living room includes a fireplace and satellite TV. There is also a separate dining area which opens onto the garden, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 3 double rooms and 1 twin room, as well as 3 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are included. You can find shops and restaurants within around 5 minutes’ drive. Don Cayo Golf Club is also just 5 minutes away by car. There are 2 private parking spaces at the property.

Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 50 per week.

Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 500, to be charged in the case of damages. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot, 41, 03530 La Nucia (Alicante). Please inform Montemolar Altea in advance of your expected arrival time.
