This three bedrooms house is about 130 m2 on 2 levels 5 km from the sea and is part of a resort. In the living/dining room there is a digital TV, air-conditioning and warm air heating. In the open kitchen there is a oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer. On the lower ground floor there are the rooms with air condition. There is a terrace with furniture, barbecue (portable) and deck chairs. There is a view of the mountains and the countryside. As facilities you will find a washing machine, a dryer , a reserved parking by the house. The apartment is non-smokers only. For shared use with the resort there is a swimming pool , a paddling pool, golf course (9 hole) 2.3 km.
