This detached holiday home with private swimming pool is located in the fishing village of Altea. The apartment is nicely furnished and has a living room with an open fireplace. From the covered terrace. you walk right up a stair to the swimming pool. From there you can enjoy a glass of wine. and enjoy the beautiful view over the sea. The nearest beach is only 4 km from the home.The authentic fishing village of Altea is located on the coast of the Costa Blanca approx. 55 km from the city of Alicante and its airport. Altea and its historical centre is characterized by lovely squares with whitewashed cottages. It is located up on a hill and has various restaurants. bars and shops. From the old town centre hill you have a wonderful viewpoint with a fantastic view of the sea. In contrast to Benidorm. in Altea there are many low-rise constructions. This makes Altea a fantastic holiday destination for families with children who want to enjoy the peace and luxury of their own villa on holiday. Take a walk through Villajoyosa. with its authentic centre and coloured cottages or take the family on an exciting ride on one of the many attractions in the Terra Mitica fun park. which is only a 15 minutes drive from Altea. In the summer months. Alicante is a great ride away on the tourist train which runs between Alicante and Altea.
