This villa built in 2012 has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a beautifully landscaped garden with several terraces and private pool. The villa is in a quiet residential area with a beautiful view over the sea. the white town of Altea and surrounding beautiful berglandschap.Via the front garden you enter the hall and spacious living area with comfortable seating. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment for a delicious meal. From the kitchen to the dining room with sliding doors to the veranda. where you can soak up the morning sun you can enjoy breakfast. You have views over the beautifully maintained garden with private zwembad.Op the first floor you will find the master bedroom with balcony and bathroom en-suite. The third bedroom also has a private bathroom. Cot (and chair) are available for free if needed. From the hall you have access to the roof terrace (30m2). where you can enjoy maximum views of Altea. the sea and surrounding mountains. The fenced plot offers privacy with plenty of parking on site.
