This is a two bedrooms apartment 55 m2, spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2012, very comfortable and modern furnished. Is located in the resort 300 m from the centre of Altea, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, road to cross. In the living/dining room there is a TV (flat screen TV), air-conditioning and warm air heating. In the open kitchen you will find 4 hotplates, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. There is a small terrace with furniture. Very nice view of the sea, the swimming pool and the garden. There is a washing machine, safe, Internet . Reserved parking (fenced). For shared use with the complex there is the grounds (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool fencedwith built-in steps. Outside shower. In the complex there is a lift. Parking.
