This is a three bedrooms apartment 100 m2 on 2nd floor, spacious and bright, 100 m from the centre of Altea, in a central, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, road to cross. In the living/dining room there is a TV, gas heater, fan and boiler (100 litres). There is a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer) and a large terrace 10 m2. with furniture and a very nice view of the ocean. As facilities you will find a washing machine. Internet (Dial up/ISDN, extra). Public parking. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, shingle beach "Altea" 10 m. Sports harbour 100 m. Nearby attractions: Terra mitica Benidorm 10 km, Aqualandia Benidorm 7 km, Valencia 140 km, Alicante 50 km, Benidorm 7 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
