This is an one-room apartment 36 m2, on the ground floor, built in 2002. Is located 1.5 km from the centre of Sitges and 2 km from the sea. Apartment has a living/dining room with simple furnishings, 1 double sofa bed, 1 french bed, TV, radio, stereo unit, air-conditioning and warm air heating. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC. Electric boiler 50l. Terrace 25 m2 with terrace furniture. There is a sports centre in the same urbanisation called "Club Vallpineda". Guests are able to use the swimming pool, take part in the gym activities (with some exceptions) and to hire the tennis, squash, paddle and basketball court. Public parking is possible on the road. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, runs every 20-30 mins during the year to the centre of Sitges and train station. Grocers are 900 m away, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach 2 km, golf course 3 km.
