All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property and are only admitted from 21 May 2016 to 1 October 2016. A surcharge for late arrivals will be charged as follows:

- EUR 65 after 20:00;
- EUR 95 after 22:00.

Please note that it is not possible to check in after 19:30 without previous notification to the property.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

A week's WiFi access is available for an extra cost of EUR 49 per 3GB/week. A EUR 120 deposit is payable on collecting the router and will be refunded on departure.

Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 250 is required by card payment. This is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Cleaning services are available on site for an extra cost.

Please note that pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 5 per day. A refundable pet deposit of EUR 400 is payable on arrival.
