Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place from 16:00 to 19:30 at: Universal Holiday Centre, Avenida Pere Molas 3, 43840 Salou.

Please let Universal Holiday Centre know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on your booking confirmation. Arrivals after 19:30 without prior notification are not guaranteed and the office will close it doors until the next day.

All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property and are only admitted from 21 May 2016 to 01 October 2016. A surcharge for late arrivals will be charged as follows:
- EUR 65 after 20:00
- EUR 95 after 22:00.
Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.

WiFi is available in all areas and costs EUR 49 per 3GB per week. This service is contracted for the whole stay and cannot be split. You have a maximum data volume of 3GB to use during one week. A refundable EUR 120 deposit is required for the WiFi router. This deposit will be refunded after departure.

Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 250 is required by card payment and will be refunded upon check-out. Please note that guests are expected to leave the apartment in the same conditions as they find it. Cleaning services are available on site for an extra cost.

Please note that pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 5 per day. A refundable pet deposit of EUR 400 is payable on arrival.

Please note that parties are not allowed at the property and noise must be kept down to a minimum from 23:00. Penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
