This is a four bedrooms apartment 110 m2 on 2 levels, on the top floor, bright, comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen TV), air-conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. The kitchen has a oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer. On the upper floor there is 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed, separate WC and air-conditioning. Exit to the terrace there is a small terrace and a large terrace 20 m2 with terrace furniture and deck chairs (2). There is a panoramic view of the sea. As facilities you will find a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is in a resort 500 m from the centre of Pineda de Mar, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, on a main road. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 50 m, railway station "Pineda de Mar" 300 m, sandy beach 50 m.
