Can Carbó de les Olives is a restored 18th-century house, surrounded by vineyards, 1 km from the Medieval town of Peralada. Rustic air-conditioned rooms feature free Wi-Fi, king size beds and flat-screen satellite TVs. Set around a central courtyard, rooms come with a sofa, safe and fridge. All have a private entrance from the garden. Some have private terraces. The bathrooms include a large shower, luxury towels, hairdryer and free toiletries. A free breakfast, served in the main house, is made from ingredients from nearby farms. Special diet menus can be requested. Lunch and dinner are available by prior request. Free parking is offered and the property is a 20-minute drive from Roses Beach and the Cap de Creus Nature Reserve. Figueres and the AP7 Motorway are around 15 minutes’ drive away and you can reach the French border in 25 minutes.
