This is a 6-room house 180 m² on 3 levels, built in 1985, on the ground floor, located 3 km from the centre of Sant Jaume dels Domenys, in a sunny position, 17 km from the sea. The property has a games room and a shower, WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor there's a living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, an open fireplace, 1 room with 1 french bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the 2nd upper floor, there are 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed and 1 more room with 2 beds. The house is equipped with central heating, air-conditioning, it has a private garden, a swimming pool, barbecue facilities and a tennis court. Grocers 200 m, shopping centre 4 km, whilst nearby attractions include Port Aventura, Rio León Safari, Tarragona, Vilafranca del Penedes, Poblet, Montserrat.
