If you expect to arrive after 20:00, you must inform the property in advance and there will be a supplement of EUR 50.
Sheets are included in the price. A set of towels can be hired for EUR 15 per person.
Cleaning costs EUR 60 for apartments and EUR 45 for studios.
A damages deposit is payable in cash on arrival: EUR 300 for apartments, EUR 200 for studios. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment or studio has been checked.
