Keys collection take place at the office located at: Calle Costa de Carbonell, 48, Local 2. The office's opening hours are from 16:00 to 19:00. If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please inform the property in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Arrivals outside these hours incur a supplement of EUR 40. Please note that it is not possible to check in after 01:00.

Bed linen is provided, and towels are not included in the room rate, and can be rented on site for EUR 10 per person.

WiFi access is available for an extra cost, 5 EUR per stay.
