Apartment block "Coll de Pincaro" is located outside the resort, 1.2 km from the centre of Llança, in a quiet, elevated position, 150 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, sandy beach are 300 m, bathing bay 150 m away from the apartment. Sports harbour 1.2 km, golf course 17 km, surf school 1.2 km. This is a 3-room apartment (50 m2) on 1st floor, practical furnishings: living/dining room 16 m2 with open fireplace, TV, air-conditioning and warm air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Small kitchen (oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, grill). Hip bath, sep. WC. Small terrace 5 m2. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only ES, FR.
