Keys delivery: With your own transport in C/Emili Vendrell, 8 - 43481-La Pineda. In other cases, please contact the property directly in advance.

In July and August, check-in on Saturday is from 17:00 to 20:00 and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00. The rest of the year these times apply from Monday until Sunday.

Tourist tax is not included. This is EUR 3.50 per person for all adults aged 16 and over.

The security deposit of EUR 200 will be returned to the guests in the same form as it was paid. In case of damages, the corresponding amount will be deduced from the deposit.

There is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 70. It is not possible to check in between 00:00 and 08:00.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Emili Vendrell, 8, 43481 La Pineda. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. License number: HUTT-009034
