Modern, recently built apartment centrally located at approx. 350 m. from the beach of L'Escala. The apartment also has air conditioning, a communal swimming pool on the roof of the building with roof terrace and a car parking lot. The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
