This is a five-room house 80 m2, on the ground floor, located 2 km from the centre of L'Escala, 400 m from the sea and 800 m from the beach. It has a living/dining room with open fireplace. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room, without wardrobe with 2 beds (access to one of the bedrooms via the garage). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/bidet/WC, separate WC. 2 terraces 6 m2. Facilities include washing machine, clothes dryer, natural fenced garden 150 m2 with garden furniture, individual garage. Shop, supermarket and restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Platja de Riells" 800 m, rocky beach "Illa Mateua" 1.2 km, diving center 1.2 km. Please note that only 1 dog is accepted.
