Detached house with three floors and five bedrooms all with air conditioning. a private swimming pool from about 4x8mand at just a few minutes from the center of L Escala. The property is located in a residential area on top of Montgo. a very quiet area and with very nice views. On the first floor is the entrance. a large living room with terrace overlooking the pool. the kitchen and access to the garage. On the lower floor there are four double bedrooms. 1 bathroom with bath. a bathroom with shower. a laundry room and access to the terrace and pool from two of the bedrooms. On the third floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom with shower and access to a large terrace with even greater views.
