This is a 5-room apartment on two levels on 3rd floor with practical and comfortable furnishings. There is a living/dining room with TV, a balcony. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, freezer and with hatch. You will find also2 terraces with furniture and view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking space n 17 (covered). Please note: TV only ES. In the house: restaurant, lift. Communal covered parking space n 17. Nearest supermarket is 118 m away, restaurant, bar 10 m, sandy beach "Platja de Les Barques" 280 m, shingle beach "Port d'en Perris" 170 m. Sports harbour 1.3 km.
