For shared use guests have fenced garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (01.06.-01.10.). Outside shower. The building has an elevator and communal covered parking. Supermarket 1 km away, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Figueres" 30 km, sandy beach "Platja del Rec" 300 m, shingle beach "Platja de La Creu" 400 m. Riding stables 1 km.
