This is a semi-detached house with communal pool 30 meters away. It has a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are accessible both from inside and from outside. Two bedrooms are connected. Outside you have an open and covered terrace and barbecue. Parking for 2 cars is also available. L'Escala is the most southern place on the Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava. In the area you can have sports activities like diving, windsurfing, horse riding, cycling or golfing. You can also visit the famous Dali museum in Figueres, the authentic fishing village of Cadaques and the old town of Girona.
