The house is 500 m from the centre of Miami Platja, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.5 km from the beach, located by a road. For private use there are grounds (200 m2, fenced), small garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 110 - 190 cm, 01.01.-31.12.), barbecue, parking, individual garage. Supermarket, restaurant are 500 m away, and a golf course is 4 km. The main road is 300 m from the property. This is a 4-room house (90 m2) on 2 levels. The living/dining room with satellite-TV. There is 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/WC. The open kitchen has 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, and a freezer. There is also a separate WC. On the upper floor there are 1 room with 1 french bed and 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. There is also a shower/WC. You can enjoy the view of the mountains. Further facilities include terrace furniture, deck chairs, oil heating and washing machine.
