The house is located in a quiet position, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped (01.01.-31.12.). Public parking is possible on the road. Supermarket is 3 km, restaurant 1 km away from the house. This is a 4-room terraced house on 2 levels. It features an open living/dining room with open fireplace and TV, 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm), a kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, electric coffee machine) and a Shower/WC. In addition on the upper floor there are 1 room with 1 french bed,1 room with 2 beds (90 cm) and a bath/WC. Further facilities: washing machine, garden and terrace furniture.

- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.
