It is a cosy terraced house, on the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of colera, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 1.1 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Shop and supermarkets are 500 m, restaurant 300 m, railway station "1300", shingle beach 1.1 km, bathing bay 1.1 km away. Golf course is 23 km away. It is a 3-room terraced house 70 m2 on 2 levels, partly, practical furnishings: living room 10 m2 with satellite-TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room in the entrance (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm). Exit to the patio. 1 small room with 2 beds (80 cm). Exit to the patio. Shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2, patio 16 m2. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine.

- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.
